On flexibility: Two simple but valuable points.
One is the ability to not only recognize an ally, idea or tool toward your goals but figuring a way for them or it to be applied or adapted to existing groups or systems.
The second would be to recognize a lack or a need in those groups or systems, own up to them and repair, reorganize or replace as necessary toward the minor goals that comprise your chief aim.
Great topic and very difficult one to achieve when one is stuck on his own ways.

Good Point. Most people fail to respond when their inner voice tells them that a great opportunity is right in front of them. I refuse to be one of the people who sit idley by and watch others succeed. Being flexible allows one to identify an opportunity and then “act upon it” immediately. Great Job Ron.
